Our fruit cakes are made with free range eggs, laid by happy chickens just a couple of miles up the road at Dunsford Bridge, our butter comes from Longley Farm in Holmfirth, home to Nora Batty and Compo and our flour from Driffield millers, Bradshaws.
Just to let you know that the cakes do contain lots of nuts, and wheat and dairy products. Each cake weighs at least 454g (that’s 1lb in old money!). The cakes will keep for at least 12 months in the tin but they’re so tasty, they don’t tend to hang around for that long!
