“Keep for 12 months” Huh! You’ll be lucky. Moist, delicious and packed full of fruit/ginger/nuts/chocolate, you’d be lucky to make it last a week. I first discovered Jane’s amazing cakes at a Fabulous Places Christmas market and bought a handful of the small cakes as stocking fillers. They’re so generous in proportion and content that a individual cake will do two servings if you’re feeling generous and prepared to share. For Christmas I sent Three cakes over 3 months to my brother and his partner in Kent. They’ve just received the last one with open arms and a little sadness. Never again will you open the cake tin and discover the remains of a cake that’s been forgotten, if you fill it with a Tipple Tails cake. You’re more likely to be shouting “who’s eaten the last piece of cake!?” Thanks Jane for sharing your fabulous cake making skills with the rest of us

Judi that is fantastic to hear! So delighted that your brother’s family enjoyed them as much as you did. Did you all try them with cheese too? A ‘Yorkshire thing’ and match made in heaven!
