I came across this cake when buying ice cream at Our Cow Molly in Dungworth. The tin drew me in, and having read the ingredients, I anticipated a delicious cake! What really sold it to me was the liqueur infusion. I’m glad to report, that I wasn’t disappointed, the cake really delivers, it is very delicious and the liqueur is a fantastic addition!

Thank you Eszter! Great to hear how much you enjoyed the cake. How about trying it with a piece of cheese for a special treat? (if there is any left 😉
You’ll have to try the others now … x

I discovered this cake a couple of years ago at a Fabulous Places Xmas market at the Round House in Derby, I loved it so much I bought another the following year. Sadly this year there can’t be the usual Xmas markets so I have decided to order one online. A nice little treat to look forward to! These really are lovely cakes!

Hi Roz, thank you so much for your lovely words! We are all missing Debs lovely Christmas Market at the Roundhouse. Don’t forget she has moved the market online this year so you do still have a chance to shop with the fabulous small businesses that would have had stalls there! x
